Some new tatting

Instead of explaining each photo I will give a breif description first. The birdhouses are something new I am working on. I have also been working ALOT on the bead in the center of a split ring, which you will see. And just the split ring too. Warning there are MANY photos :D

Some January Tatting

I have more to show but didn't get it photographed yet... I am getting in my funk again and that is not good at all.
Any ways, today I had an idea that had to do with my wooden bird houses. I pulled out the shuttles and went to work and I got this:

And this I did on Tuesday: Tatting Tea Tuesday: It was supposed to be an earring but didn't turn out right, as I looked at it, it seemed to look like a goddess. Then as I looked at it at a different angle as I was walking past on my flurry of cleaning up it had a whole new appearance: A genie bottle.

Maybe not but that is what it seems to look like to me, now to tat a tiny genie?

~Sick Creativity~

Sick as in I got the flu, yuk! I am on day 3 allthough I am feeling better than I was, I still have an annoying fever, my ribs feel like I been beat up, and when I breathe deep my shoulders hurt. Pain from throwing up and dry heaves. Yesterday I felt better in the evening so I decided to tat a little and made this. I thought it needed more but hubby says it looks good as it is.

I made this the other day.

And this on yet another day.

My son has an appointment in Johnstown tomorrow. BAH!! Then I have to go to the bank to straighten out their mistake AGAIN!! Computers will be the death of us all one day LOL

Latest Idea

Little Wooden Birdhouse shape with tatting. It started with just the top part. After thinking a little bit I added on the wreath and then came the bird.

These are perfect for ornaments. With the tatting they measure 2 1/2" x 1 1/2"
